The National Conference on Addiction Disorders (NCAD) will be holding its national conference in Baltimore, Maryland next week, from August 15th through August 18th. Maryland Virginia Professional Liaison’s Association (DMV-PLA). Focusing on both executive leadership and marketing/business development, this presentation will look to define a basic outline for business standards and practices that all company employees understand and follow, outline basic concepts of an organization and how that translates to marketing/outreach representatives, and discuss and explain training methods used for business development professionals within an organization’s culture. Additionally, the presentation will look to identify standards and practices for both leadership and marketing/outreach professionals that translate from business development efforts into supporting best practices for patient care and safety.
