Tim Fritz is a Business Development Representative at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center. Tim is a born and raised Marylander, with a diverse background spanning corporate marketing, entrepreneurship, and behavioral healthcare. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania, entering the workforce and building his career by leading company initiatives in corporate marketing, helping him develop a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and business growth.
Over time, Tim expanded his career focus into multi-space entrepreneurship, successfully operating and advising ventures across multiple industries. This experience strengthened his ability to lead teams, build sustainable systems, and navigate complex organizational environments with integrity and accountability. Through his own personal battle with addiction, Tim found recovery through a 12-Step fellowship that helped him discover a profound purpose. His lived experience with recovery and a passion for helping others find healing and stability ultimately redirected his professional path, helping him find a calling towards the addiction treatment space and behavioral healthcare. He now focuses on helping individuals and families reclaim their lives through recovery-oriented, value-driven care, bringing together his experience in business acumen, personal recovery, and compassion to support ethical, effective treatment environments and long-term recovery outcomes.
