Siera Fayne is a Business Development Representative at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center. Siera earned her bachelor’s degree in general studies, with a concentration in Psychology and Sociology, from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. She entered the behavioral healthcare field, working as a case manager at a local intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment facility in Northern Virginia, before moving on to a role with a national organization as an outreach and business development specialist. With over three years of experience in the addiction treatment and mental health space, Siera is deeply passionate about helping individuals and families access the care and support they need.
In her role at MARC, Siera focuses on building and maintaining relationships in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area with community partners, healthcare professionals, and referral sources to ensure that individuals seeking treatment and connected to the most appropriate provider and level of care. She is driven by a genuine desire that no one ever feels alone when reaching out for help and believes that compassionate connection of a crucial component of recovery. Outside of work, Siera enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and attending live music events.
