MARC/Caron Parent Support Group

Maryland Addiction Recovery Center is pleased to partner with Caron Treatment Centers in founding a Parent Support Group, held in our Towson location and beginning now. Caron shares our desire to meet the needs of parents and is helping facilitate the group. It is parent-led and built on the principle of one parent helping another.

The MARC/Caron Parent Support Groups are specifically designed to meet the needs of those with loved ones who are currently in treatment, are using alcohol and/or drugs in a problematic manner or are in recovery. Our mission is to help ourselves and in turn help others whose loved ones are struggling with addiction. The purpose of these groups is to provide family members a confidential, safe place to find support, education, encouragement and hope on their own path to Recovery for Life.

Our partnership with Caron is invaluable, as they’ve successfully treated families for 50+ years at their multiple inpatient locations and used regional parent groups as a lifeline for families, as they continue in their recoveries.

This group serves parents associated with MARC, Caron, and all local families.
